faulty telephone unprofessional mastic
breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking available.
I stayed three nights, but the stay did not meet my expectations at all. the telephone was not working, and no one bothered to do anything about it. the window had a towel on it catching the condensation. The mastic round the bath looked less than professional.

The wedding reception I attended had attentive staff! The tables were well-dressed. I didn't even ask. The outdoor seating area included parasols. THERE WAS a gorgeous swimming pool available.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, and only offered budget tea and coffee.

Really good Service and Elegant Atmosphere
friendly staff attentive service smart dress
The staff was friendly and helpful . They promptly addressed all my needs and ensured a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I particularly appreciated the attentive service in the dining area. The silver service delivery during Sunday lunch was especially noteworthy, with the staff dressed smartly and being very cute.
The room could benefit from the addition of a fan to improve ventilation during warmer weather. I found the lack of air conditioning made the room quite hot. This made it difficult to sleep well.

The hotel has a pool and a garden area. The ballroom had a great atmosphere, reminiscent of Victorian times. An outdoor seating area with parasols offered a nice spot to relax.

The service was efficient and the staff was pet friendly. Staff were well presented and thoughtful. They brought water before it was requested. The team ensured the service went smoothly during the event.

Breakfast had lots of choice and the food was very appetising. The hot food was served hot and in a timely manner. Sunday lunch featured a large menu with mouthwatering delicious food. A pianist provided entertainment during dinner.
